I am known for: my "adrenaline junkie-ness." Traveling, zip-lining, skydiving, - "what can I do next" mentality is totally me.

People often refer to me as: compassionate, genuine, and committed.

I love serving the world by: showing up where I am needed most. Whether that's in my own business or volunteering.

As someone who has had to do their own work, in ALL aspects, I understand healing! I knew there had to be more to life, more to what our limiting beliefs present, more than our physical ailments prohibit, so, I have been on a quest to learn more about healing, the Universe, life.
I am a Life Coach, Reiki Master Teacher, and Reflexologist, who has also studied Mediumship, Energy Medicine, Chakra Healing, Angel Channeling, Intuitive Medicine, Meditation, Akashic Records, Crystal Works, EFT/Tapping, and more. (For a list of classes and certs, please click icon.)
