Most days, you can find me: on the quest for knowledge, whether it's places to go, things to do, or a thirst to know more about everything.

I am known for: my "adrenaline junkie-ness." Traveling, zip-lining, skydiving, - "what can I do next" mentality is totally me.

Fun Facts:

1. I played the flute and violin in school and was part of chorus and drama.

2. After 8 seconds on a mechanical bull, I jumped off and broke the "extra" bone in my ankle.

3. In Hawaii, the Goddess Pele' gave me permission to take 3 small lava rocks.

My purpose is simple: to help you heal, grow, and thrive. With heart-centered guidance, soulful healing and an empowering safe space, I am here to remind you that you already hold the power to live a life of joy and freedom.

Having navigated health challenges and trauma myself, I understand firsthand what it takes to move from pain into empowerment. This journey has shaped me into an empathetic guide and a compassionate listener who can hold space for others as they heal. With a deep love for energy healing, a gift for helping people shift their mindset, I combine knowledge with authenticity. My mission is to mentor and teach from both wisdom and heart, so that others can find the empowerment and wholeness I know is possible.
