In this on demand course you can do at your own pace, you will examine YOUR anxiety, what it's about, how to work through it, the rabbit hole and when you go deep like you are spinning out of control. We will look at your relationship with yourself as well as the “outside” factors that you are feeding your belief system. All of this sounds uncomfortable, right? And yes, it probably will be at times. But finding the truth of what is going on enables you to move forward. We will also embrace that desire to move forward, creating a stronger mindset, and different tools to help you empower your life with anxiety. I will be honest; anxiety does not go away. Everyone has it. Your challenge is what to do when your anxiety creeps in.
