Reflexology
There are reflex points on the feet that correspond to each organ, system, and structure in the body. These points are linked to those organs by energy channels, or meridians.
When illness or imbalance occurs in the body, these energy channels may become disrupted. Reflexology is aimed at breaking through these disruptions, allowing the energy to flow freely again, restoring the body to its natural balance.
This in person appointment allows me to use my hands to press on these specific channels to open up what may not be flowing correctly in the body. Because of the physical nature of reflexology, I must ensure enough time between sessions. Please contact for availability.
