Allow yourself to shed what no longer serves you and step into sacred balance. This soulful course guides you through rituals of release and rebirth using energy work, moon practices, and the healing gifts of Mother Earth.
In this course, I guide you through some of my own personal practices of shedding the energy that doesn't serve and/or belong to you.

Let's talk about 3 of the energetic fields in and around your body. Learn what they are, how they carry energy, and my personal routine to clear them.
Module 2:
Smudging
Utilizing smoke from natural elements is an ancient practice to help release unwanted energy.
In this module I will demonstrate my own personal ritual for smudging myself and my space as well as discussing the different herbs you can use.
Module 3:
Mother Earths Medicine
The power of Earths herbal remedies is profound.
In this module we discuss different herbs and elements and how to use them for releasing, renewing, as well as some extras for abundance and sleep.
This course is a fun course that gives you tools and practices to step into the natural power you have to clear unwanted energies.
