Time is valuable but we know "things happen". If you need to cancel, please give as much notice as possible. If you have paid in advance and have given a minimum 24-hour notice, you have the option of a full refund, less payment charges and fees incurred from your form of payment. If less than the minimum time, you are welcome to reschedule for another time.
