Reiki Level 1 is an introduction into the practice of Reiki. This level is designed for beginners, taking you through a self-healing journey, energy awareness, opening your channels and understanding the Reiki principles. Once you have completed this course you can not only help yourself, but you can use Reiki to help family, friends, pets, foods, and so much more. This level opens you to a new world of energy healing and connection to all that is.

About your teacher:
Hi, I'm Jennifer. I started learning Reiki in 2014. I took several level 1 & 2 certifications, not exactly understanding what I was doing, waiting for that "ah-ha" feeling. In 2017 I found the way. Through hard work and dedication, in 2018 I earned the Usui Reiki Master Teacher level accreditation. Through this learning and a decade of practice, Reiki has opened me in so many ways, not just helping myself and helping others in healing, but showing me that we are so much more, in energy, in spirit, and our connections with all that is. I am excited to teach my first Reiki level 1 class in person. I hope you will join me.
